The New Forest borders Dorset at Christchurch and also at Ringwood. A former hunting ground of William the Conqueror the New Forest is now a National Park and offers 144 square miles of woodland and open heathland. Wild ponies, cattle, pigs and deer roam freely in the New Forest.
The New Forest also has its own coastline at Milford on Sea. Many come to the New Forest to ride, play golf,canoe or simply relax in a pub overlooking the Forest. Watch the video to gain a true flavour of the New Forest.
