Lulworth Cove was formed approximately 10,000 years ago by the sea. Lulworth Cove makes a great starting point for a walk along the Natural world Heritage Coastline.
Nearby to Lulworth Cove there is the West Lulworth Heritage Centre and there is also a motorboat service from the beach which will take you on a trip to Durdle Door or Mupe Bay by sea.
Lulworth Castle, a former Royal Hunting Lodge, is nearby and is a popular visitor attraction. The village of Lulworth has manypretty thatched cottages.
