Dorchester is the beautiful county town of Dorset and offers a series of themed walks such as the Roman Town Walk, Gallows Walk, Town and River Walk and the Thomas Hardy walk. Also worth a visit are the Maumbury Rings, Roman Town House, Borough Castle and Maiden Castle.
Dorchester Museum is well worth a visit as are the great selection of multiple and boutique shops in the town.
