 The Georgian seaside town of Weymouth has a fantastic beach and vibrant harbour and nestles alongside the Isle of Portland. Weymouth and Portland will be hosts to the 2012 sailing Olympics. In October there is the Weymouth Beach Motorcross. Attractions include Weymouth Sealife Centre, Brewers Quay, Nothe Fort and Bennetts Water Gardens. There is a great pavement cafe culture and a good selection of individual shops. Weymouth Attractions include Bennetts Water Gardens, Brewers Quay, Weymouth Sealife Park. At Lodmoor Country Park you will find the Pitch and Putt (at the back of the car park), the Rio Grande Railway and the Weymouth Waterwalkerz.
